We demand:
The 10 concrete demands of our action campaign to stop pesticides and defend peasant agriculture in France
- 1. Support for farms transitioning to agroecology. Public policies, particularly the CAP 2028-2034, must support agricultural practices that respect health, soil and biodiversity and support employment. No public funds should go to deadly agriculture;
- 2. The establishment of guaranteed minimum prices that aim to prohibit food distributors from purchasing agricultural products below cost price, which includes charges, labor remuneration and social protection;
- 3. The implementation of the decision rendered on September 3, 2025 by the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal requiring the re-evaluation of pesticide approval procedures due to their disastrous environmental and health impact;
- 4. The effective ban of carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic substances and endocrine disruptors;
- 5. The abandonment of the Duplomb 2 bill, the omnibus directive project and the distancing of the agrochemical lobby from public policy decision spaces;
- 6. Broader recognition of occupational diseases and reparations for agricultural workers sick from pesticide use;
- 7. The guarantee of full and complete social protection for all agrochemical employees, victims or exposed to the risks of their activity and protective support measures for the reconversion of their sectors of activity;
- 8. The cessation of exports of pesticides banned in Europe to other continents, reparations for victims of chlordecone in the West Indies, paraquat in French Guiana, or malathion in Te Ao Maohi - Polynesia, decontamination and restitution of lands seized by the empire constituted by the Bernard Hayot group (GBH);
- 9. The refusal of new GMOs from New Genomic Techniques (NGT) and patented seed varieties that lead to the privatization of life at the expense of peasant agriculture and food autonomy of populations;
- 10. The immediate protection of all water catchment points and waterways, as well as the decontamination of soils and natural environments
